Loic Moinon – Owner/Director
Strong of a solid business and marketing background, Loic graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor (Hons) in Tourism and Marketing Strategy (University of Caen, Normandy, France). After working abroad and travelling the World, it is in the UK and more precisely in Wales that he settled with wife Sophie and baby Leela. His great passion for continental food as well as business models lead him to decide on a new career path, and a fantastic new venture was born late 2008.
