After some successful ‘Demo’ sessions in wharehouses such as Bookers in Bridgend, we’ve decided to expand our radius of action, which means that we can now offer a great service to every shop/farm shop/supermarket/deli etc. within 100 miles of Llantwit Major. Using our skills and experience, we’ll organise the perfect ‘live’ cooking demonstrations. This will not only raise the profile of your shop, but it will also attract a new selection of customers, ready to buy an array of new, authentic products.
We can come for 1/2 day only or for a full day, during the week or at the week end. Get in touch! And we’ll tell you more about it all.
-Catering Services
La Creperie de Sophie offers professional catering services to every company or individual that wishes for something a little special for their event. So why don’t you book our French crepes and galettes company for your party?
These events range from Twinning Associations Events, Birthdays, Weddings, Private functions, PTAs etc…But careful! We are not this sort of ‘cheap’ company that comes with an ugly trailer and its smells of old frying oil! We offer a personal approach to every event, by making the crepes at people’s height, right in front of them. And they can have a go at it if they want it! Our friendly staff are all fully trained, insured, and hold valid Hygiene certificates. Our Gas or electric machines also are certified and will fit in every space. Tell us how many guests you invite, and we’ll tell you how many griddles we’ll bring with us!
We guarantee that the making of Fresh Crepes in front of your guests will be what people talk about for a while.
-Equipment Hire Services (caterers only): The company offers the possibility to hire or lease some of its own equipment to catering companies, restaurants etc. A range of gas and electric griddles are available, as well as a large range of utensils, spatulas, greasers etc. Don’t buy some expensive equipment to use it once only! Ask a professional instead. Please contact us for a quote and a list of the equipment available.
-Training Sessions: Yes! We are now ready to propose some great ‘Crepe Turning’ training sessions for everyone. We can come to your restaurant, cafe or even your home! and teach you how to cook, spread and garnish the best crepes you’ll ever taste.
-Delivery Options: We now deliver our range of crepes and galettes, as well as sauces to professionals or individuals accross the Vale of Glamorgan.
