Laxami can be found at many a Farmers Market turning delicious high quality Crêpes & Galettes, cooked in the traditional French way on cast iron crepe griddles from Brittany, thus, offering people of South West London and Surrey an exciting alternative to the variety of traditional ethnic food!
As well as making crêpes & galettes at Farmers Markets, Summer Fetes, Food & Drinks events & Festivals, Laxami can also be booked for private parties, weddings and corporate events.

Full name: Laxami Hamarsy
Personal profile: I have a multicultural background. I was born in Madagascar, with a South Asian background. My nationality is French and I lived in Paris for over 25 years where I did my formal education. I moved to London 12 years ago, to work as an IT consultant. I am very proud of my cross cultural identity as this allows me to feel at home wherever I am. I love to share the richness of these various cultures with people I come in contact with. One way of meeting people and bringing them together around common values is through the culinary tradition.
