‘I have tried both mixes, and as a mobile caterer I would recommend them to anyone. The service is very good, with all the advice you need, and orders are usually booked for next day delivery. The mixes are clearly labelled, from storage, mixing & shelf life. I havent found any other mixes in the UK as close to these; I offered my customers my old mixes and the new ones, I now can’t use up my old ones as they only want LCDS’s!!!’
